Eligibility & Structure

  1. Eligibility: Businesses, corporations, partnerships, or other professional entities.

  2. Named Designees: Each Corporate Membership includes a specified number of “designees” (often 2–5, depending on the membership tier) who hold the primary playing privileges under the membership.

  3. Transferability: Memberships can be reassigned to new designees within the company (e.g., if an employee leaves or changes roles), subject to club approval and any applicable fees.

Silver

  1. Annual Fee: $4,995
  2. Designees: Up to 2
  3. Guest Passes: 4 guest rounds per month at reduced member-guest rates
  4. Discounts: 10% discount on pro shop merchandise and dining

Black

  1. Annual Fee: $8,995
  2. Designees: Up to 4
  3. Guest Passes: 8 guest rounds per month at reduced member-guest rates
  4. Discounts: 10% discount on pro shop merchandise and dining
  5. Additional Perks: Priority booking for corporate outings or tournaments

Copper

  1. Annual Fee: $12,995
  2. Designees: Up to 6
  3. Guest Passes: 12 guest rounds per month at reduced member-guest rates
  4. Discounts: 10% discount on pro shop merchandise and dining
  5. Additional Perks: Complimentary meeting room use (up to 2 times/year), advanced tee time reservations, and special corporate event packages

Contract Duration

Cancellation Policy

Designee Policy

Corporate members must submit the names of designees upon joining. Changes to designees may incur an administrative fee.

Guest Policy

Guests must be accompanied by a designee to access membership rates.

Some restrictions on guest play during peak times or club events.

Club Rules & Regulations

All members, designees, and guests are subject to Bent Oak’s code of conduct, dress code, and etiquette policies.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or revocation of privileges.
